Yolanda Conley Shields is CEO of Youth Life Foundation (USA). She is also Vice President and co-founder of the Adassa Adumori Foundation (USA) which does community development work in the continent of Africa and other 3rd World Countries. She is a much sought after speaker and trainer in the area of business development, and social entrepreneurship and has traveled extensively throughout the United Sates, France and Africa. She has 20+yrs. In the area of Fund Development, Celeb Charity Management, International Community Development, Trainer, and Founder of Let's Go Innovate ™ where she is a Success Coach, Speaker, TV Host. She has earned a B.S. in Education and Social Work (APSU) and M.S. in Business/Non-Profit Management. Has several certifications in the area of grant writing, nonprofit management and fundraising.
